Welcome to the OTRR Group


OTRR is a group of enthusiastic fans, avid listeners, and strong supporters of “Old Time Radio". The group’s goals include restoring, preserving and sharing the classic shows from what is commonly known as the "Golden Age of Radio" (1930-1960). Comprised of over 1500 volunteers from around the world, OTRR has undertaken many projects and is continues to work hard to preserve our wonderful radio heritage.

OTTER - OTTER is an interactive comparison program which allows the user to verify titles and dates of his or her existing OTR shows. The OTRR Group is the developer and maintainer of the OTTER database. The database contains over 1200 show and 150,000 episode listings 

WIKI - The OTTR Group is the major OTR contributor to the world wide WIKI encyclopedia. OTR enthusiasts find the “First Line Project” and invaluable tool for correctly identifying and labeling OTR episodes. 

OTR ART - The OTTR Group maintains the largest collection of OTR Art anywhere. Historical images of celebrities, disc covers, and original art work are readily available and free to download

Scripts - Review and download copies of historic radios scripts.

Certified Series - The OTRR group maintains the largest most accurate library of OTR series in the world. Each series include many additional historic features (photos, bios. additional sound clips, ...) have been diligently researched and are included for download.

Old Radio Times - The "Radio Times" is the OTTR's monthly e-zine. Rich and detailed OTR articles are submitted by noted members of the OTR community. The current and back issues may be readily downloaded from the Times library.
